how to unlock an iphone while forgotten the icloud account details. Is there any way to remove that icloud account? I can't access the phone app because i have to insert the icloud account. Please if someone can help me

It sounds like you're experiencing Activation Lock, a security feature to prevent stolen iOS devices from being resold.

There is no way to bypass Activation Lock. You must have the iCloud credentials to continue. Apple will not unlock any devices without the iCloud user name and password, ever.

You may try resetting your password by visiting iforgot.apple.com. Otherwise, you have a useless brick.

i take it you don't want to format the phone and start from scratch other wise you could just plug it into itunes, restore it and set up as new phone, then restore from a previous backup if you have one ?

i restore the phone, but it still need the icloud details before activate the phone, im stuck, i don't know what to do again

The only thing i can suggest is go through the icloud forgot password method if this was your iphone ? If not transfer of ownership would more than likely need to be done through apple./

To transfer ownership, the previous owner must log in on the device or on icloud.apple.com and remove the device. Even if you provide proof of purchase (even from an Apple store), Apple will not unlock the device.

If you have access to his computer (the computer that it was activated on) you may be able to unlock it that way. If you have a death certificate, you may be able to ask Apple to unlock his Apple ID account, which would give you access to unlock the device.

That's not entirely true. From what we've seen in the dozens of previous Activation Lock threads, some people have had success with contacting Apple directly and proving that the company owns the device, and they will disable Activation Lock.

Return the phone to the seller for them to unlock and reset.

It is not possible to do anything unless you ask Apple and you can prove that the phone is yours or even your uncles

I've had luck with this in an educational environment. I've called Apple (800-800-2775) and provided the serial number and order number associated. It took a few days but they fixed this. Provided you can find the order number, you should be okay.

I had to change my I pod I cloud from my husbands, I went into settings and it does say change e mail and password under the cloud or Apple ID it did everything except update apps so rang apple they told me to goin to settings and reset to my Apple ID again

SO WATS THE VERDICT HOW DO U BYPASS ICLOUD LOCK SCREEN?
